Paweł Mucha – Secretary of State, Deputy Chief of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland

Pawed Karol Mucha, barrister, graduate of Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan. From August 2015, he has been working as a social policy adviser to the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda. Within the scope of his cooperation with the Chancellery of the President, he cooperated with the Office for the National Development Council.

 

Mr Paweł Mucha has practised law working for law firms and for the Bar Associations in Poznan, Szczecin and Gryfino. He has experience in providing legal services to business operators, individuals, and local government bodies. In the years 2006 - 2010, 2011 - 2014 and also in the current term, Mr Mucha has served as a Regional Councillor of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly, also holding the position of the Chairman of the Audit Committee thereof.

 

He is a social activist. In the years 2011 – 2016, he was Treasurer of the Board and the Regional Coordinator for the West Pomeranian Region in the Association “President Lech Kaczynski Social Movement”.  From July, 2010, until now he has been running his own a law practice.

 

As of December 19, 2016, he been entered on the list of barristers who ceased carrying out the profession in the Szczecin Bar Association. In 2015, he lectured administrative law and commercial law at the Higher School of Public Administration in Szczecin.

 

Author of articles and comments published in the national press, legal bulletins, regional and local press, and electronic media. His interests focus in particular on the interpretation of the law, local government, and business law.

 

Privately Pawel Mucha is married to Patricia Biernat - Mucha, the couple has two children (7-year-old son Marek, and 11-motnhs-old daughter Klara). They live in Gryfino.
