Citizen Letters and Opinions Office
The tasks of this Office include managing the contacts between the President of Poland and the society by means of handling the correspondence addressed to the President, the Chief of the Chancellery and the Office, as well as the information line of the Chancellery and the room in which enquirers are received.
Employees of the office answer letters or provide enquirers with information and explanations by directly talking with them and presenting them with the relevant and currently effective provisions of the law, administrative and court procedures, as well as explaining to them the competences of the Polish President. The content of the letters received is appropriately analysed and the results of such analysis are presented to the Chief of the Chancellery in the form of memos and regularly provided information.
