Dariusz Młotkiewicz - Deputy Chief of the Chancellery

Appointed Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of Poland as of 1st August 2010, he is responsible for matters pertaining to logistics, administration, and finance. His range of responsibilities includes substituting for the Head of the Chancellery of the President of Poland. He also manages such matters as agriculture and rural areas. Dariusz Młotkiewicz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed numerous courses and training sessions at the Polish National School of Public Administration.

 

From 1989 he worked at the Museum of the Warsaw Archdiocese.

 

He became a public administration worker as an assistant to Professor Jerzy Eysymontt, the Head of the Central Planning Office in 1991, in the government of Jan Olszewski. Subsequently, he worked with Minister Jerzy Kropiwnicki and Minister Mirosław Pietrewicz.

 

From 1999 to 2008, he was employed at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as Office Manager, Department Manager, and General Manager. In this period, he worked with ten Ministers of Agriculture.

 

Also during that period, he was a member of the local self-government appeal court in Warsaw. During the 1998-2002 cadence, he was a councillor of the Warsaw Poviat – President of the Strategy, Spatial Development and Environmental Protection Committee. After that, he represented the government in the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Government.

 

He was Deputy Head of the Chancellery of the Sejm from 2008 to 2010.

 

He is married and has two children.

 

By decision of the President of the Republic of Poland of 1 August 2010 he was appointed Secretary of State.

 

As of September 2, 2013, appointed Deputy Chief of the Chancellery.
